More Hits Than Abbey Road.
A Barn at 9,000 Feet.
The Legends Who Made It Sacred.
In 1972, Grammy-winning producer James William Guercio converted a barn in the Colorado Rockies into a state-of-the-art recording studio. Over the next thirteen years, the greatest artists in the world came to create at 9,000 feet — and produced some of the most beloved music ever recorded.
We want to build the platform that preserves it and brings it to life.
See the Vision View the PresentationA legacy worth activating.
Caribou Ranch produced more hits than Abbey Road between 1974 and 1976. Over thirteen years, more than 150 artists recorded in a converted barn at 9,000 feet in the Rocky Mountains — generating 45 Top 10 albums, 18 Grammy Awards, and 20 number-one Billboard hits. The archive of photographs, session notes, contracts, and documents from those years is one of the most remarkable collections in recording history.
Elton John. John Lennon. Michael Jackson. Stevie Wonder. Earth, Wind & Fire. Joe Walsh. Chicago. The Beach Boys. Billy Joel. Rod Stewart. U2. Deep Purple. Frank Zappa. Dan Fogelberg. Supertramp. Amy Grant. The names read like a hall of fame — because that's exactly what Caribou Ranch was.
This archive is extraordinary. But right now it's not organized, not discoverable, and not preserved for the future. That's what we change.
An archive this important deserves to be activated.
Organize
Decades of photographs, documents, and session notes — cataloged with professional archival metadata for the first time. Artist, date, session, context, provenance.
Surface
A modern discovery platform where researchers, publishers, documentary filmmakers, and music historians can search, browse, and explore the collection.
Preserve
Every asset verified with cryptographic provenance. Permanent records, tamper-proof authenticity, and a chain of custody that ensures this legacy endures for generations.
Tell the Story
AI-powered tools that bring the archive to life — identifying subjects, extracting context, connecting moments across sessions, and turning raw artifacts into immersive, living history.
The archive already exists. It just needs the right platform to bring it to life.
Two phases. One platform.
Make It Findable
For the first time, the Caribou Ranch archive becomes searchable, browsable, and organized. Every photograph and document cataloged with professional archival metadata — artist, session, date, context, provenance. A platform that puts decades of history at your fingertips.
Make It Live
Transform the archive from a static collection into a living museum. AI-powered analysis identifies subjects, extracts text, and surfaces connections across decades of material. Every asset is verified with cryptographic provenance. The result is an immersive experience that preserves the Caribou Ranch legacy and tells its story in a way that's never been possible.
See it working.
What you're about to explore is a working prototype — a proof of concept built to demonstrate the platform's capabilities. The photographs are placeholders. The data is representative. But the infrastructure is real.
The production platform would be custom-built infrastructure — not a template, not a page builder. A real system designed around Caribou Ranch's specific needs, built to scale, and maintained for the long term.
